To be installed in Rotary Moulders and Rotary Cutting machines for moulding or cutting biscuit shapes of desired designs and dimensions.

Horizontal Dough Laminator
Horizontal dough laminator is used to produce continuous folded homogeneous laminate stack of dough sheets and feed it to the biscuit cutting plant.

Vertical Dough Laminator
Vertical dough laminator is used to produce continuous folded homogeneous laminate stack of dough sheets and feed it into the biscuit cutting plant.

Vertical Cut-sheet Laminator
This Cut & Lay laminator is used to produce continuous homogeneous laminate stack of dough cut sheets and feed it to the biscuit cutting plant for further processing. The orientation of this machine is Vertical. The height of the machine is comparatively higher, but,needs less floor-space for installation.

Salt/Flour Sprinkler
Salt/Flour sprinkler is used to sprinkle the Salt/Flour over the dough sheet or the cotton canvas conveyor band. This machine can be used at a number of places. In the cutting plant, for instance, this machine is used for sprinkling the flour on the inclined conveyor, on the dough sheet coming from second gauge roll, on the dough sheet just before cutting etc.

3-Roll Pre-sheeter
3 Roll Sheeter is the first unit in the Cutting Plant. This machine is used to produce an endless homogeneous dough sheet of the desired thickness that is fed to the Cutting Plant for further processing. There are two stages of reduction that are carried out by a set of three rollers installed in this unit.

High Speed Mixer
The high speed mixer can be used to mix a wide variety of soft and hard biscuit dough. This mixer can also be used for creaming applications. This unit has modular type of construction and it stands independently. This unit is placed directly on floor. The design of the curved entablature, which forms the top of the mixer, can be customized to suit the various requirements with regard to the ingredient feeding.
